HeartLight is an interactive project that transforms real-time heart rate data into a gentle visual experience. The goal is to help users understand their heartbeat in a more intuitive and emotional way rather than through numerical readings. Through changes in color, brightness, and rhythmic pulsing, the system expresses different emotional states such as calmness, balance, or tension.
